Only 12 percent of all abortions are for the health of the Mother

Constitutional right.....:bsflag::bsflag::bsflag::bsflag::bsflag:

Now, that's rich.

The right to own a firearm is indeed a Constitutional right, no matter how much you may disagree…

And yet you support New York using registration to illegally seize firearms. You support confiscation, registration and State laws that ban firearms illegally.

You’re such a blind partisan you can’t even comprehend what I post.

At least twice in that now merged thread I stated that the New York ‘SAFE Act’ was, in my opinion, un-Constitutional, and it should be invalidated or repealed.

Feel free to do a search.

I also stated correctly that New York is not ‘confiscating’ firearms, ‘illegally’ or otherwise. Calling out rightwing liars that gun ‘confiscation’ is not occurring in New York does not mean one ‘supports’ confiscation.

And I have stated several times in this forum, again, in my opinion, that gun licenses, gun permits, gun purchase permits, gun registration, as well as bans on ‘assault’ weapons are all un-Constitutional.

Yet again: that’s my opinion, that is not a fact of law, however; where, for example, Federal courts have upheld gun registration as Constitutional.

To acknowledge and obey a decision by a Federal court does not mean one agrees with that decision, but one is compelled to respect the decision nonetheless.

Something you and others on the right need to do with regard to privacy rights concerning abortion.

Citizens are not required to ‘justify’ the exercising of a Constitutional right as a ‘prerequisite’ to indeed exercise that right.

Just as you are not required to 'justify' purchasing or owning a firearm to anyone as a condition to indeed exercise that Constitutional right.

First...my apologies...I am working against the abortion argument.

Second....what constitutional right are you making reference too above ? The 2nd amendment ?

It matters if they value their soul. As a whore who couldn't keep her legs closed the last thing I'd want to is to meet my fetus in the afterlife and have to answer for why I killed it.

That assumes that there is an afterlife, and that God goes around punishing people for single mistakes and lets the ghosts of people go around tormenting each other.

Man, you guys have some seriously messed up Dogmas.

The reason they don't have a problem paying for Viagra is because they say not getting a boner is a "medical condition" and birth control is a "life style choice".

How many men would rather pay for birth control than child support? Hands:

Or assuming pleasure fucking by responsible adults is a "mistake".

They give them one each night. The formerly massive problem of rolling out of bed is totally eliminated and countless serious injuries are averted.
