No, you are not.it worked out quite well. The shutdown brought cases way down and kept hospitals from being flooded. Even till this very day nyc still have not never run out of ic beds due to cases. We had over 30k deaths early on and lead the country by a wide margin, now we're behind both texas and florida in deaths.
