Maybe they will just "PASSOVER"

good point JOS-----however---I am sure you know that
there is a variety of locust that is kosher----one can fry
them and dip them in honey-----a true delight---there is
no reason that they would not be "kosher for passover"
------I would love to include some in the coming seder---
for SYMBOLIC purposes ------frogs are no good---but
LOCUSTS would work out fine ------ I wonder if they could
be gathered in large nets should they swarm. So far it
looks like you are right however----they are just going to
PASSOVER

come on, there's only 30 million, if every israeli ate 5 each you'd have the problem swallowed.
You could then move on to the Rat's in jerusalem problem

rats are never kosher----I am not sure if they can be
"halal" or not----I think rabbits---which technically
are rodents ----can be "halal" ----there is a significant
rat problem in New York City, too. Five fried locusts
for each jew----would be a nice snack----good idea

We'll send them to you for personal swallowing, how 'bout dat?

Hubby claims his dad cooked some at home----
but most of the sibs were not game to try
them -----thats what happens to kids born
in Israel-----they get spoiled ----Hubby thinks
HE may have tasted them----but he is not sure---
he may have blocked the memory---but seems
to recall that they were CRISPY. There are now
places in the US and Mexico that serve them
like tacos-----getting very popular
