Ronnie didn't give them citizenship but he did talk congress into doing that. At least it was done legally in contrast to the obozo amnesty of last summer which was just done by executive order. The constitution says all legislative power is vested in congress. The president cannot write laws!!!

There's a solution to that (and this is where I have no mercy):

Get our troops out of foreign wars and nations. Then put them on the border and shoot every mother fucker that tries to cross without permission. No questions, no mercy, regardless of any circumstance. Only exception would be children and pregnant women, who would be flown to the American embassy of their home country.
