Read it, schmucks

The email issue is over.

Donnie continues to stumble and bumble.

1/3rd of Utah voters want their delegates to dump Trump. He well could lose Utah this fall.

The FBI director called her careless and incompetent. It ain't over. It's not going to be over until she fucks up worse...

He did not say she was incompetent. If you can't stick to the facts like I said just go back to jerking off. It's what you do best
uh yes he did. I just reheard him say it himself on O'reilly retapping of it.
hear it for yourself

Then O'Reilly is dubbing the tape. Your typo is probably correct: retapping
Here is the transcript from Comey's address, word for word:

Statement by FBI Director James B. Comey on the Investigation of Secretary Hillary Clinton’s Use of a Personal E-Mail System

He did not say incompetent.

Look up the definition of incompetent in the dictionary and compare that to what he said. He may have not said the word he did say it.

the definition of incompetent

Ah, you should look up the definition of mea culpa. And try loosening the shit brick inside your skull, too. If he is using these words within legal context, they have different meanings.

in·com·pe·tent
  1. 1.
not having or showing the necessary skills to do something successfully.

care·less
  1. not giving sufficient attention or thought to avoiding harm or errors.

  • Rudy Giuliani: "Today Hillary Clinton Was Put Way Above The Law"
    zero hedge ^ | Jul 5, 2016 3:48 PM | Tyler Durden
The reactions to the FBI's shocking announcement in which it announced it would not seek charges against Hillary Clinton are coming in fast and furious, with House Speaker Paul Ryan announcing moments ago that, at least in his view, Trump was spot on when he tweeted over the holiday weekend that the system is rigged when he said that the FBI's decision not to suggest the Department of Justice brings charges against former Secretary of State Hillary Clinton "defies explanation." While I respect the professionals at the FBI, this announcement defies explanation. No one should be above the law....

That is called a gross negligence clause. There needed be no "intent" to break the law, like Comey said, she only had to mishandle those classified emails to break the law.

Okay, reality check here, guy.

What are the chances a DC Jury would have ever convicted her on your intrepetation of the statue?

More than likely, a DC Jury (which would be mostly black and female) would see this as a bunch of white men prosecuting a woman over politics. Comey understood that an indictment coming NOW would be seen as political, not legal.

So unless he had an e-mail titled "Here's our Super Secret Stuff, Vladdy!" he really didn't have a leg to stand on.

That right there folks "or uses in any manner prejudicial to the safety or interest of the United States or for the benefit of any foreign government to the detriment of the United States"

Oh fer Chrissakes. Why do we bother to spend all that money on investigators and attorneys in D.C. when we've got such a bunch of legal eagles right on this Board! It wasn't the crime of the century to begin with. She didn't get put in the pillory, so everyone's disappointed. Try to cope.

Actually, we're taking cues from the legal experts. It's interesting you call us "legal eagles" after spending a year and a half saying Hillary didn't break the law. Whats more is you're still doing it. "Oh Hillary didn't break the law!" Oh really? How did she not break the law? Explain in detail.

If back in 1776 everyone was like you we'd still be under the Crown

But instead it's 2016 and we've got people like you living under a bridge.

And we have people like you with their heads so far up their asses that they tie themselves into a square knot.

Even the Democrat Pundits on Hannity think she's guilty as hell but they're still going to vote for her.

You keep telling yourself that.

I don't need to. The problem is, you guys keep trying to do the same things and keep getting the same results.

You clowns have been trying to get something on the Clintons for 25 years now. If I were to put it in a graphic your mind could understand, it would be this.

cliff.0.0.jpg

So here's the list of things you were going to "Finally Get the Clintons on"

I realize you are in your late 20's, and might be too young to remember some of these, but...

White Water
Travel Gate
File gate
Buddhist Monks
Paula Jones
Monica Lewinsky
Vince Fosters Suicide
Benghaaaaaaazi
and now..

Hillary's E-mails.

See a pattern here, buddy? You guys huff and puff and you get someone to investigate and you think of all the ways you are finally going to get these folks and the American people will see them as evil as you do...

and it never works out that way. More often than not, people kind of start to feel sorry for them because some of this is bullshit.

Here's the way you beat the Clintons.

1) Find a guy who isn't a fucking crazy person.
2) Have him talk about things people are actually concerned about.

Good luck with that.

I don't need to. The problem is, you guys keep trying to do the same things and keep getting the same results.

Of course we'll get the same results, we have a presidential administration, and you by default due to your support of that administration, who are completely disinterested in enforcing the law. If Hillary were a Republican, this would be an open and shut case.

It is astounding, however, that when it comes to the laws Hillary actually broke, you and your brain-dead liberal friends suddenly lose what's left of your reading comprehension. You won't even admit what she did falls under the gross negligence clause of 793(f). Basic comprehension of the English language could tell you what "gross negligence" means. Or do dictionaries burn your hands at the slightest touch?

Your willful dissonance is amazing, and the level to which you take it is almost admirable. No matter, your "victory" was Pyrrhic. It did more to hurt her than help her.
