Am I supposed to believe that immigrant children from countries that have no public health system are better vaccinated than US kids with a mandatory vaccination program, just because a small percentage of idiotic parents opt out of the vaccinations?

You have hit the nail right on the head about some women on the right having "foul mouth syndrome", as you call it, and it is quite apropos' listening to many of them right here on this message board and no doubt that is why some members are now moving to have their accounts removed and revoked since they contribute no more than maggots would to their host.I find it irrelevant to the conversation WHY their home countries suck. The point is that they DO suck, and only an Americacentric fucking-stupid leftist could think that public health is not one of the pre-eminent ways in which Third World countries suck. How far up their colons do their heads actually have to be for these people to believe that people desperately fleeing poverty in their native lands are doing so in perfect health with a full slate of vaccinations?

Well Stop To Think! What has the poor country of Mexico to offer them in comparison to the United States?The reason these unfortunate refugee children are here in the first place and should not be sent back to their native country is because they are escaping from the torture and hardship that their country engages in. That is completely inhumane. We, in turn, are known for being a humanitarian country that cares about people and welcomes them. No doubt that was the premise of George W. Bush's law that he signed in 2008 allowing immigrant children to come to America and be treated humanely with rights while here. Yet, today we hear of Republicans, mainly, wanting to repeal the Bush law right now in order to deny children the right to fair treatment. That is truly heartless and despicable! There is a process the children presently have to go through before being deported back to their country and that can take time. Some will have to go back and some will stay depending on their circumstances. That is the humane way to treat this situation and President Bush is to be commended for signing that bill into law. But there are some, like yourself apparently, who are in the minority who unfortunately wouldn't give a glass of water to a dying person. That is truly sad and pathetic and nothing to be proud about.
And do you fear Democratic votes by these kids? Apparently so. But the reality of the situation is that it would take a long time before such children would be old enough and eligible to vote and that is if they even get to stay permanently in this country in the first place and become citizens. So, tell you what. Grab your knees and put them together and then tie a good strong rope around them so they won't be knocking and shaking like a leaf anymore with your fear that is completely unfounded.
Torture and hardship? Who is the one stoking fear and appealing to emotion now? If their only goal was to get away from torture why didn't they stop when they got to Mexico, like every other refugee does when they get to a safe place?

Their countries do not engage in torture nor does the country inflict hardship. The illegals do not claim the countries engage in torture or hardship
They claim to be escaping the gangs operating independently of the government. However in most cases the illegals coming in are gang members themselves. They carry the gang affiliation with them when they come here.

Frankly, I never bought into the contention that the refugees were suffering from widespread rampant diseases although some illnesses should be considered quite normal given the circumstances.
