Repealing the second amendment...

I have linked to that site many times to show you tards that lightning kills more Americans than Muslims do.

So...what's your plan to reduce the 10,000 gun homicides each year?
Shit happens, Most of those are gangbangers in urban areas comes with the territory
Plan A: Ban guns.

Plan B: Shit happens.

So much for superior ideas!
Moved to the red areas and you have basically no chance of encountering any firearm violence

The gun violence archive lies. They conflate all shootings with mass public shootings.....in order to lie about how many mass public shootings happen in the United States.....they lump in domestic shootings and gang bangers shooting each other over dice games as mass shootings and they do not follow the actual definition.

Mother Jones, on the other hand, actually uses the FBI definition of mass public shootings......but their number is nowhere near as large as the Gun violence Archive...which is why you won't use it.

Number of actual mass public shootings by year......including the new standard created by obama where only 3 people need to be killed to qualify as mass public shootings....

Thank you for confirming that fact.

And how about Britain...they banned and confiscated guns....and their gun crime rate has only gone up.....27% across the whole country last year, and up 42% in London alone, and their violent crime rate is higher than ours and going up....
The UK's violent crime rate is not higher than ours.

You lied.

No....you are just stupid...you don't do your research...

The most violent country in Europe: Britain is also worse than South Africa and U.S. | Daily Mail Online

Britain's violent crime record is worse than any other country in the European union, it has been revealed.

Official crime figures show the UK also has a worse rate for all types of violence than the U.S. and even South Africa - widely considered one of the world's most dangerous countries.

In the UK, there are 2,034 offences per 100,000 people, way ahead of second-placed Austria with a rate of 1,677.

The U.S. has a violence rate of 466 crimes per 100,000 residents, Canada 935, Australia 92 and South Africa 1,609.

Uh, retard? Take a look at the string of posts which you jumped into.

"Moved to the red areas and you have basically no chance of encountering any firearm violence".

Idiot.

We have retards who actually believe nobody gets shot in Republican controlled areas. BWA-HA-HA-HA-HA!

My god, you have to have seven pounds of brain damage.

Shit happens, more fucked up laws will increase violence
Well that’s a pretty lame argument. I guess it all depends on the law. But of course there’s the fact that some laws could decrease violence which would be the point
Actually more frivolous laws only hurt law abiding people... Criminal control not gun control
Crime control is fine but doesn’t have anything to with the question if gun control reduces violence. I’d say our gun laws, for the most part, reduces access and takes guns and fire power out of more criminal hands than law abiding citizens. If that’s the case then it would likely be a factor in reducing violence. I don’t think you are making a strong argument at all

You mean except for actual research on the topic of gun control and reducing violence?

Gun control doesn’t reduce crime, violence, say studies

The National Academy of Sciences issued a 328-page report based on 253 journal articles, 99 books, 43 government publications, a survey of 80 different gun-control laws and some of its own independent study.

In short, the panel could find no link between restrictions on gun ownership and lower rates of crime, firearms violence or even accidents with guns.

And how about Britain...they banned and confiscated guns....and their gun crime rate has only gone up.....27% across the whole country last year, and up 42% in London alone, and their violent crime rate is higher than ours and going up....

How do you explain that since they banned guns.....? Kind of makes your point kinda silly....
Homicide rate in the UK: 0.92 per 100,000.

Homicide rate in the US: 4.88 per 100,000. 530% higher than the UK.

Nice try, dumbass.

Hey...dumb shit.......if murder is your only standard...then you want to ban clubs, knives, and empty hands...since our rates on those weapons are higher than the entire murder number in Britain....dumb ass...

Expanded Homicide Data Table 4

knives....1,604

blunt objects....472

bare hands....656

So....moron.....murder is going up in Britain...

Murder rate in England and Wales rises 11%

Crime figures show 573 homicides took place in 2015,

Now...using your standard......we will need to ban all knives and empty hands because our people use them to murder more people than the killers in Britain murder in Britain....

We have retards who actually believe nobody gets shot in Republican controlled areas. BWA-HA-HA-HA-HA!

My god, you have to have seven pounds of brain damage.

Who said that dumb ass? Now, having been shown to be an idiot...you hide how badly you were shown up, by making lies up about what people have said....

All this smoke and bullshit and lies to cover up the fact they don't have a superior idea to repealing the Second Amendment to reduce the 10,000 gun homicides in America each year.

And that is why the liberals are winning. The modern day pseudocon is nothing but a rube parroting lies they are told to parrot.

So...back to my question.

What is the alternate plan to repealing the Second Amendment which would save lives?

So far we have:

Plan A: Repeal the Second Amendment.

Plan B: Duhhhhh...shit happens.

We keep telling you....

If you commit a crime with a gun, a real crime, rape, robbery or murder, you go to prison for 30-life.....no parole.

If you are a prohibited person, a felon with a history of violent crime, and are caught with a gun, you go to prison for 30-life...no parole.

That covers everything we need to do to lower our gun crime rate.

Well that’s a pretty lame argument. I guess it all depends on the law. But of course there’s the fact that some laws could decrease violence which would be the point

We have the solution....you don't want the solution because it locks up actual, violent criminals...we have proof that our way actually works.......it works in Japan...you lock up gun criminals for long periods of time...

http://www.atimes.com/article/japans-gun-control-laws-strict-yakuza-turn-toy-pistols/

Ryo Fujiwara, long-time writer on yakuza affairs and author of the book, The Three Yamaguchi-Gumi, says that the punishment for using a gun in a gang war or in a crime is now so heavy that most yakuza avoid their use at all – unless it is for an assassination.

“In a hit, whoever fires the gun, or is made to take responsibility for firing the gun, has to pretty much be willing to go to jail for the rest of their life. That’s a big decision. The repercussions are big, too. No one wants to claim responsibility for such acts – the gang office might actually get shut-down.”

The gang typically also has to support the family of the hit-man while he is in prison, which is also a financial burden for the organization.

Japan’s Firearms and Swords Control Laws make it a crime to illegally possess a gun, with a punishment of jail time of up to 10 years.

Illegal possession more than one gun, the penalty goes up to 15 years in prison. If you own a gun and matching ammunition, that’s another charge and a heavier penalty. The most severe penalty is for the act of discharging a gun in a train, on a bus, or most public spaces, which can result in a life sentence.

---

A low-ranking member of the Kobe-Yamaguchi-gumi put it this way: “All of the smart guys got rid of their guns a long-time ago. The penalties are way too high. You get life in prison if you just fire a gun. That’s not fun.”

That's how we ended up with ObamaCare.

Plan A: Obamacare

Plan B: Duhhhhhh....look! A squirrel!

Japan’s Firearms and Swords Control Laws make it a crime to illegally possess a gun, with a punishment of jail time of up to 10 years.
There you go. Japan operates under Plan A.

And how about Britain...they banned and confiscated guns....and their gun crime rate has only gone up.....27% across the whole country last year, and up 42% in London alone, and their violent crime rate is higher than ours and going up....
The UK's violent crime rate is not higher than ours.

You lied.

What? You mean with guns right?

Plan A in Japan: Law Controlling Possession, Etc. of Fire-Arms and Swords" (1978), Law No 6, Art 3, EHS Law Bulletin Series, No 3920.

"No one shall possess a firearm or firearms or a sword or swords"

So...back to my question.

What is the alternate plan to repealing the Second Amendment which would save lives?

So far we have:

Plan A: Repeal the Second Amendment.

Plan B: Duhhhhh...shit happens.

Plan B is more realistic. It’s not a fantasy like Bammercare was.

Japan homicide rate: 0.31.
US homicide rate: 4.88. 1570% higher than Japan.
