The 14th amendment prohibits the states from abridging any privileges or immunities of it's citizens, or equal protection under the law.

Is this like the unmonitored "drop boxes" at banks and pharmacies. Not to mention the hundreds of thousands of mail boxes on street corners that are unmonitored, and anybody at all, can drop ballots into them.

Anybody at all can stuff an unmonitored ballot box as well. Also, how do you know your ballot will be counted? When I went to the polls, I put my ballot in the ballot counting machine and verified it was counted with poll workers overseeing. Not perfect but much better then dropping it into some drop box on a street corner.

There is no recorded incident of people robbing ballots from a ballot drop box. The criminal charges would be immense and hardly worth the crime

Like I said, you all figured out that, in order to win elections, you need to reach out to the segment of your base that isn't voting.
