Some sort of ‘performance contract’ concerns civil law, not criminal law, where anyone violating a such a contract can’t be subject to criminal prosecution.
Moreover, pornography is subject to First Amendment freedom of expression protections, any law criminalizing performing in a pornographic venue would be un-Constitutional, whether there’s a ‘contract’ or not.

If a boyfriend wants to see you naked, invite him over and he brings dinner. Give him a world class strip show after you have taken his phone camera away. How stupid women have become over the years. He had a dying wife and was home all the time as her caregiver so he said he would come and feed the cat. We exchanged phone numbers. By the time I got back to my apartment, he had sent me a photo of his shriveled up 70 year old dick and sagging balls.
I had to find someone else to feed the cat.
