This POTUS has lots to do with higher energy prices across the board because of his stifling of extraction. The very reason that he couldn't prevent fracking from dropping prices is exactly how what he did and could do the very thing caused them to rise.

Explain why the price of gas is $1.35 before obama and consistently $3.00 and up after obama.
