Anyone who claims Republicans are tough on terror need look no further than yesterday's vote to restrict those on no fly lists from purchasing a gun. How do you trust someone to get tough on terrorists when they won't even put a stop to terrorists access to guns?

"Investigators now believe that what initially seemed a workplace shooting in San Bernardino, Calif., was a well-planned attack by a married couple with at least some contact with Islamic extremists.

The evolving situation has forced Republican leaders and presidential candidates to contort themselves: talking tough on terrorism, yet ignoring the fact that the two were armed to the teeth with two .223-caliber assault rifles and two 9-millimeter semiautomatic pistols, and hundreds of rounds, all purchased legally.

While the nation suffered through the shock of another bloody massacre, on Thursday every Senate Republican except Mark Kirk of Illinois voted against legislation to prevent people on the F.B.I.’s consolidated terrorist watchlist from purchasing guns or explosives."

Why do you want to take away people's rights without due process?
You libtards scream bloody murder when a couple of pole smokers can't get a marriage license.
Yet, you want to violate a person's inalienable right to bear arms just because their name may sound like another person's name.
Why don't you just demand everyone on the list be locked up or summarily executed. It's the same thing.

Well let's just put an end to TSA checkpoints in airports and install prayer circles instead to stop terrorism okay? We either get serious about terrorist access to firearms or we don't.

There's no inherent right to fly on an airplane.

Besides, if I had my way I would get rid of the FAA and the TSA.
Let the free market handle it.
