The one thing that has change is the ability to monitor them from space and send in inspectors without an entire platoon behind the inspectors, lol. Countries that gave up its coal and nuclear for worthless solar and wind and now is dependent Russia for energy but expects the US to protect them from the Russians.

Countries that waste money on social programs instead of providing for their defense.

Trump was right in his criticism today. The Europeans being the Left Wing idiots they are gave up their coal and nuclear power and now they are dependent upon Russia for their energy and they want the US to foot the lion's share of the bill in NATO to protect them from the Russians. The law that was passed that is tied to the financial crisis was passed in 1999 called the Gramm/Leach/Bliley act that allowed banks to lend countless times on one asset.
