Former Trump campaign adviser Sam Nunberg said Monday that he won't comply with a subpoena to appear before the grand jury in special counsel
Robert Mueller’s investigation.

Nunberg told The Washington Post that he was summoned to appear before the grand jury this Friday, and also received a two-page subpoena for documents tied to President Trump and nine others.

“Let him arrest me,” Nunberg told the Post. “Mr. Mueller should understand I am not going in on Friday.”

He also said that he was planning on appearing on Bloomberg TV to tear up the subpoena.

He'll be found guilty of contempt of court, Nunberg will have the government's legal fees assessed to him, and an order to produce will be put into effect, which Nunberg will go to jail for if he doesn't produce the documents.

Every attempt to cast doubt onto the Special Counsel and Robert Mueller has been revealed as feeble and without merit. Which has the effect of raising more questions about those being investigated as to what they're hiding -- "me thinks the lady doth protest too much"...

No one has offered anything substantial that would indicated that Mueller and staff have conducted anything short of a highly ethical and thorough investigation.

In our high-speed-internet-minute-rice daily lives, some people wonder why it's taking so long. It's actually been moving very quickly (if you're familiar with federal LE procedures ) -- without the appointment of the special counsel it would have dragged on and on. I think it's very important that American people know what happened hopefully before the midterms and absolutely before 2020.

Nunberg will go to jail for contempt of court.

That's OK. The judge can extend it every six months, until the grand jury closes.

Then others who have talked to Mueller will rat Nunberg out, and he will be tried for obstruction of justice.

What will happen? The court will see a subpoena was issued and he will be carted off to jail.

First off, issuing a subpoena is hardly over reaching authority. Secondly in Nuneberg's case the crime is ignoring a subpoena, the legal system doesn't like to be ignored.

Nuneberg also implicated Trump on MSNBC, so that's not going to help with your fantasy about over reaching authority.

And said he had the emails and Doc's but did not want to go filter out the crimes done by him. As Mueller probably has most already.
