And you're wrong....Compensation IS a contract between the employer and the employee. If the employee is unhappy with his compensation, they are free to explore other opportunities. We also have wage and hour laws which are at the end of the day are good law because there are crooks among us.

i was getting 5 weeks per year with the PO.....and you can bank like 6 weeks....Considering the rest of the modern world gets at least 4 weeks, that would be about time. It's like civilization or something lol...

You see, I collect Social security and I have used my Medicare more times than I can remember and I absolutely love that America was smart enough to not only adopt these much needed and successful programs but I am also glad that getting rid of them means not a chance for being elected. so?....i took a week here and there and did not care if there was "real" work to do...thats why we had substitute carriers....i was getting 5 weeks per year with the PO.....and you can bank like 6 weeks....
I get 5 as well. but as was pointed out before, can't really take it. There is real work to do.
