School Shootings Happen Because If 3 Things: Guns, 2nd Amendment, & the NRA

It's the only right granted that has a preceding clause.
When the reason for a right is enumerated, like the rest of the constitution those things not enumerated are assumed to be precluded, such as the powers of congress.
Not even close. The reality is the government got lazy and stopped doing things the right way. Instead of properly going through the amendment process they started using ambiguous interpretation to define 'rights'.

Mass shootings happen because bad people do bad things.

Maybe if people got closer to God there would less of these shootings.
Actually if they cut down on assault weapons and high capacity magazines, that would cut down on mass shootings. The Texas shooter bought a mass shooter starters kit, two assault rifles and a shitload of ammo.

NO, they also banned people like the texas shooter from having the weapon he used.
How'd that work out?

It's irresponsible of you to keep the knowledge of how to make criminals obey the law to yourself.

No secret. They pass an assault weapons / high capacity magazine ban, and mass shootings went down.

When the republicans let the law expire, mass shootings tripled.

The only secret is how to get the same law past the obstructionist republicans.

If the teachers were armed, they would have had a chance.
If there were armed teachers, the gunman would have taken them out first. Their weapons confiscated, and used against additional victims. That already happened in another mass shooting where the security guards weapon contributed to the casualities.

Just making laws about one type of weapon is not going to prevent them from getting explosives, toxins, flammables, etc., which can kill far more.
Just as an example. If rifles and handguns were limited to single shot muzzle loaders, like in the time the constitution was written, there could never been a mass shooting event.

And for things like toxins, how do you force people to take them? And flammables...

Man with gas cans arrested at St. Patrick's Cathedral in New York

A man carrying two gas cans, lighter fluid and lighters tried to enter St. Patrick’s Cathedral in New York City on Wednesday but was stopped by a security officer and taken into custody, an NYPD official said.

First the Declaration of Independence established their belief that man was endowed by certain inalienable rights, which were endowed by their creator, and didn't need to be spelled out. Remember the 9th amendment even recognized that fact.

Hey, Stormfront called and said you are truly Special and asked did you say your ten “ Heil Hydra “ today while screaming how you hate your life because of minorities?

Regulation would be racist n stuff, moron; you obviously want to generate traffic for your buds over there. You want to stop over 90% of gun deaths, then you will be targeting mainly minorities, not fat white Burb Brats, you idiot.

Uh huh. 2 grand worth of rifles, ammo during an ammo shortage, and a $70K truck.

He had help by people who would benefit from him killing children.

Yet you deny the specific wording of the 2nd. How disingenuous are you?

Wrong. When people are armed and trained, they have a chance at self defense. You assume a lot.

He bought 375 rounds of 5.56 NATO / .223 Rem at somewhere between 40 cents to 80 cents a round.

You ignore history and the comma. There are three specific yet distinct subjects. Of which 'shall not be infringed' ends any and all debate.
