The change needs to be that judges nominated should have ABA approval.

A better evaluation process which would weed out judges who lack temperament like kauvannaugh.

Nowhere in the Constitution does it say we need ABA approval to appoint someone to the SC.

Warren is a control freak. She is dissatisfied with 3/4ths of longstanding citizens of freedom in the USA. The most recent Democrat justice of the Supreme Court to pass was Ruth Bader Ginsburg. She said it would be a bad thing to change the number of justices and that 9 was the right number.
