It appears that General Flynn did not get a fair trial.
The partisan Judge Sullivan seems to have a obsession with attacking General Flynn. (partial judge)
The FBI agents abused their power. (they didn't inform him that he was being investigated)
Comey covered up the abuse. (right to confront witnesses)
Can General Flynn sue for his 6th Amendment rights?

Sixth Amendment rights:

  • Right to a speedy trial
  • Right to a public trial
  • Right to an impartial jury trial in the place where the crime was committed
  • Right to be informed of the charges
  • Right to confront the witnesses against him and to subpoena witnesses
  • Right to an attorney

If I was a 3 star general who served 33 yrs. Had to bankrupt. Plead guilty to save your son. Have your name in history books for the wrong reason drug through the mud. Had 4 yrs of your life wasted.

I can't think of one reason he should sue.

His attorney will kick his ass if he doesn't sue.
( How do they sleep at night btw ? $1000 an hour ?)

And we get yet another conspiracy circle jerk thread.

So, when Flynn fails to sue, what excuse will you use for the failure of this stupid conspiracy theory?
