I'm sensing a lot of Biblically-inspired hatred of gays on this forum, but I'm hoping that people of compassion and reason will rise to the occasion and reply "yes, they should be allowed to adopt kids!"

Because unlike Scientific Humanism, the Christian/Muslim texts say that gays are so bad, so vile, that (supposedly) they deserve nothing but eternal torture for 99.9999999999999%+ of their total existence (counting the "after-life")....and Jesus/Allah have never corrected that, in hundreds of years - so the sheer hatred of the Abrahamic faiths is causing orphaned children to go w/out loving parents....but Jesus doesn't care.

You need to meet some more openly gay folks then you'll realize that they are just like you and I are.
