You keep repeating this.It can be a condition of new hires but not imposed on those already hired. It puts currently hired in an “or else” position and that’s illegal
Repeating it without any backup whatsoever. It is a hard fact that you are incorrect here, its already happening. None of those advocating against employers rights have pointed out a single example that upholds the silly belief that they get to trample all over employers property rights because they do not want to get a shot.
