I had a Lexus dealer salesman try to force me into a used car when I was asking to test drive the new SUV. He judged me solely because I showed up after work and dirty.
I went to the Dodge dealer next door and bought a new Durango for about 45k.
First place I went was back to the Lexus dealer & asked for the manager. Told him what happened, demanded an apology and then refused to accept it after he gave it. Flipped the salesman the bird and left gratified.
