So Trump's campaign doesn't have enough funding to July. This is hilarious for two reasons.

He DID self finance the primary. And he won, now its a new race with new rules.

He did not "self-fund" the primaries. He used the $7 million plus he received in donations, and he "loaned" his campaign money. Once the Republican Party money kicks in, he repays those loans, to himself, and the whole thing has cost the Donald nothing, zip, nada.
...and what's your source?

1) Because Trump could easily pump more money into his campaign but apparently won't because he's a greedy narcissistic douche bag.

2) Bernie Sanders has raised more in campaign donations than any other republican and he did so without the help of a Super PAC. Tell me Trumpsters: Why are you so selfish not to donate to this piece of shit? He has accepted outside donations on his website since the beginning despite what he says publically lol

Report: Trump campaign indicates it's 'not going to have enough money' to fight Hillary Clinton before the convention
I don't believe anything his campaign says.

Every newscast and article about his so-called "self-funding". You have to be living under a rock not to have seen or heard anything about this before now.

Agreed, Trump repeatedly said he was the only candidate not beholden to donors

Hopefully this will answer some questions:

Billionaire GOP presumptive nominee Donald Trump insists he doesn't need big Republican donors to defeat Hillary Clinton this November.

Trump also suggested on "Fox & Friends" Sunday morning that he may "sell a building" to continue self-financing his own campaign – which he says has already cost him $50 million.

When asked about a Saturday New York Times story detailing a list of major donors who won’t support him, Trump dismissed all of them.

"No, I don't care at all," he said. "These are people that won't have access to the White House, and they want that. They can't tell me what to do like they do every other candidats. They endorse people like Jeb Bush. They would have had total control over Jeb."

But the Times noted that Trump had long promised to self-finance his own campaign.

The paper quoted financier Stanley Druckenmiller: "Not sure why anyone would give money to Mr. Trump since he asserts he is worth $10 billion."

Other GOP mega-donors cited by the Times who are declining to back Trump include Paul Singer, Bruce Kovner and Seth Klarman

And the founder of Ameritrade, Joe Ricketts and his wife Marlene, also have said they do not plan on donating. Widely respected in Republican circles for supporting efforts to control government spending, the Ricketts did donate to an anti-Trump PAC. This raised Trump’s ire, who tweeted at the time, "They better be careful."
Special:
The Fox hosts asked Trump about the big donor sentiment, "Let Donald Trump fund it himself. He says he's a billionaire let him fund it himself."

Trump said he is currently re-thinking his self-financing approach, but suggested that won't stop him from adding his own money.
I'll be investing a lot of money," he said. "I'm putting in a lot of my own money, a tremendous amount of my own money in the race."

Reports suggest that Hillary Clinton and her supporters will raise and spend $1.5 billion to beat Trump at the polls. Some pundits say to be competitive he needs to raise at least $1 billion.

Trump noted his company is worth "more than $10 billion."

"I filed my papers about a week ago. Everybody is amazed at the numbers. I'm very liquid. To finance a billion dollars I would have to sell a building, have to do something like that. Will I do that? I could. I have the option of doing it. I have a lot of cash and cash flow. Would I do that? I don't know. I have the option of doing it."

Adelson just gave 100 million.
Uh when exactly? It couldn't have been all that recently.

Also, oh great, 100 million from one donor. That's democracy in action right there!

Like how the Blood Minerals company from Canada have the Clinton Foundation $100M....

Clinton Foundation money can only be directed to charities, not a political campaign like a super-pac can.

If he really wants the money, he'll have it.

I agree. The Donald doesn't get where he is without some serious resources. I think they are playing the "no money" thing to get the money. And the RNC will take care of him to. They, as well as the other politicians have to do a dance for the folks, but I think more support Trump and will support Trump with their dollar before July then they let on.

As others have noted in the news, it is important for Trump to obtain financing from the RNC so when the moment his campaign fails he has the RNC to blame and make the fall guy in his failed campaign attempt.

The Clinton Foundation is a slush fund graft machine, bub.

And then he sues the RP for daring to let candidates run against him. :eusa_dance:

Like he did that author who dared to estimate his wealth lower than his bullshit, like he did Palm Beach County for planes flying over his estate :gay: (three times), like he got that analyst fired for (accurately) predicting his casino would fail, etc etc etc.

NO ONE that has made that allegation has offered any proof at all. The Foundation records do not indicate fraud of any type and can be downloaded by anyone and inspected.

Trump has 169 Federal lawsuits pending, the man is a tort lawyer's dream come true.

I thought he was going to self fund this campaign? and now the campaign will not air ads for two months for lack of money?

Two problems. One, he needs to explain why he isn't funding like he said he would. Two, This is a ridiculous management problem and I thought Trump was a successful businessman with a degree from Wharton?

Guess he ran the campaign like a casino.

Or an airline.
Or a travel site.
Or a vodka.
Or "steaks".
Or a magic vitamin pyramid.
Or a board game.
Or a magazine.
Or a football team.

etc etc etc....
And Hillary will run her campaign like her marriage or bengazi.
