Here's the thing. Zygotes are the first stages of life. but 2/3rds of Zygotes never attack to the uterine wall.

20% of pregnancies end in miscarriages. 2% of pregnancies are ectopic (embryo attaches to the fallopian tube and must be removed. )

Nobody thinks twice about those pregnancies as "lost people".

Because within the decision and it's logic it paves the way for such things as denying homosexual marriage, and other liberal agenda items.

In any sane government, they should have known within the hour who had access to it, who had seen it, and who could have leaked it and nailed it down to one or two people and gotten a confession.

Access to the draft opinions is extremely limited. As such any serious investigation will likely end with the leaker being identified. It may however require warrants on their phones and computers which might be difficult to obtain unless someone can identify a crime or at least a civil violation.

Even if they can't prove it conclusively though odds are they'll have enough evidence to know who it was.

Sooner or later though these types of folks will usually want to "take credit" for what they did.

Even if their legal careers are over they'll be heroes to democrats and celebrated as a hero for doing so.
