and if the military doesn't report it?
What good is a law if the govt can't even enforce what IT passed? And so the solution is to go back and ask the govt to pass another law saying the same thing? This is full retardville.
Teeth? Like prosecuting the people who fail to make those data base entries? Yes. It's negligence.and if the military doesn't report it?
Exactly - they reported one case out of most likely THOUSANDS.
Obviously the current law needs additional teeth - that is all Flake is after.

the new law, as I see it, is forcing the military to follow the current law.
Doesn't make sense, but....
it makes sense, considering the recent shooter.
(wonder how many other assholes with BCDs are out there with firearms bought legally?)
As Ronnie said - scariest words are I’m from the government here to help.Obviously the military needs a little help
The Defense Department has reported only one domestic violence case to the federal gun database
Laws for laws, brilliant! What good is a law if the govt can't even enforce what IT passed? And so the solution is to go back and ask the govt to pass another law saying the same thing? This is full retardville.

and things like the church shooting happen
And if they attach a letter from the UN we know the line has been drawn and no more counting to 3.If they pass two laws, it will show that they’re really serious this time.
