“Head Start doesn’t work” (FoxNews Tucker Carlson) Another dumb and dumber Right Winger. The Right want to cut Head Start and other entitlement programs to pay for tax cuts for the rich, two wars and pay down the debt that did not get us into the financial crisis. Head Start does work and it do give children a Head Start compared to Day Care that is a just a mother’s baby sitter. Head Start is a teaching tool. Most children that attend Head Start begin kindergarten already knowing what they would learn in kindergarten. Don’t take a rocket scientist to understand that. Comp. Immg. Reform is going to create a need for more Head Start spending and more spending in all areas of entitlements. Think about that Right Wingers when you support Comp. Immg. Reform. It is going to create more spending.

Bring back CETA and other jobs training programs for people who have dropped out of school to give them a head start.

We have a revenue problem created by Bush’s tax cuts for the rich, two unfunded wars, not an entitlement spending problem.

Taking from the poor will make the poor more dependent on entitlements and create more spending. Entitlement spending did not cause financial crisis of the Bush era and should not have to be cut to pay down the debt.

Don’t make my children and grandchildren pay for tax cuts for the rich and the two unfunded ongoing wars.
