No I don't. The bill was simply about not requiring a license to carry a handgun. It has nothing to do with crime or obtaining guns. What are you talking about?People who have felony charges cannot legally carry a gun. They are criminals. This bill only affects the law abiding.I cant understand what you mean by that.
