What I'm making you see is that once minority icky sex acts between consenting adults is decriminalized, other adult consenting icky sex act practitioners cannot be legally denied the same rights and privileges that other icky sex act consenting adults enjoy.

I agree that the line should've been drawn back further awhile ago. But now that it has been crossed, in the purest legal sense you can have no objections to consenting adults doing acts of incest sex together. See my last post. Once minorities are legally allowed to 1. engage in sex acts the majority finds repugnant and 2. take those sex acts into marriage, there is no rational basis for denying other repugnant sex acts between consenting adults to be 1. decriminalized and 2. be acceptable for marriage.

So as far as that goes, according to the 14th Amendment, all subjective feelings via the majority of "oh no, that's too far!" aside, incest between consenting adults was already decriminalized via Lawrence (14th says nobody can be excluded by subjective objections) and incest marriage via Obergefell (14th says nobody can be excluded by subjective objections).

Taking incest-marriage across the finish line would be a piece of cake for even a flunkie lawyer since all the precedents and the 14th Amendment have already insured his success.

You're just putting that out there as a red herring in order to avoid the case that I laid out above demonstration the fact that neither Obergefell or Lawrence had any effect on any laws that prohibit incest, bestiality or anything else and how it is incumbent upon the state to justify prohibiting anything that someone claims a right to.
