The Gospel According to John

39 And Jesus said, For judgment I am come into this world, that they which see not might see, and that they which see might be made blind.
40 And some of the Pharisees which were with him heard these words, and said unto him, Are we blind also?
41 Jesus said unto them, if ye were blind, ye should have no sin, but now ye say, We see, therefore your sin remaineth.

-John 9:39,40,41

10 Verily, verily I say unto you, He that entereth not by the door unto the sheepfold, but climbeth up some other way, the same is a thief and a robber.
2 But he that entereth in by the door is the shepherd of the sheep.
3 To him the porter openeth, and the sheep hear his voice: and he called his own sheep by name, and leadeth them out.
4 And when he putteth forth his own sheep, he goeth before them, and the sheep follow him: for they know his voice.
5 And a stranger they will not follow, but will flee from him: for they know not the voice of strangers.
6 This parable spake Jesus unto them; but they understood not what things they were which he spake unto them.
7 Then Jesus said unto them again, Verily, verily, I say unto you, I am the door of the sheep.
8 All that ever came before me are thieves and robbers: but the sheep did not hear them.
9 I am the door: by me if any man enter in, he shall be saved, and shall go in and out, and find pasture.
10 The thief cometh not, but for to steal, kill and destroy: I am come that they might have life, and that they might have it more abundantly.
11 I am the good shepherd: the good shepherd giveth his life for the sheep.
12 But he that is a hireling, and not the shepherd, whose own sheep are not, seeth the wolf coming, and leaveth the sheep, and fleeth: and the wolf catcheth them, and scattereth the sheep.
13 The hireling fleeth, because he is an hireling, and careth not for the sheep.
14 I am the good shepherd and know my sheep, and am known of mine.
15 As the Father knoweth me, even so know I the Father, and I lay down my life for the sheep.
16 And other sheep I have, which are not of this fold: them also I must bring, and they shall hear my voice; and there shall be one fold, and one shepherd. 17 Therefore doth my Father love me, because I lay down my life, that I might take it again. 18 No man take it from me, but I lay it down of myself. I have power to lay it down, and I have power to take it again. This commandment have I received of my Father.

-John 10: 1-18

19 There was a division therefore again among the Jews for these sayings.
20 And many of them said, He hath a devil, and is mad, why hear ye him?
21 Others said, These are not the words of him that hath a devil. Can a devil open the eyes of a blind man?

-John 10: 19,20,21

22 And it was at Jerusalem the feast of the dedication, and it was winter.
23 And Jesus walked in the temple in Solomon's porch.
24 Then came the Jews round about him, and said unto him, How long dost thou make us to doubt?
25 Jesus answered them, I told you and ye believe not, the works that I do in my Father's name, they bear witness of me.
26 But ye believe not, because ye are not of my sheep, as I said unto you.
27 My sheep hear my voice, and I know them and they follow me.
28 I give unto them eternal life; and they shall never perish, neither shall any man pluck them out of my hand.
29 My Father, which gave them me, is greater than all; and no man is able to pluck them out of my Father's hand.
30 I and my Father are one.

-John 10:22-30

32 Jesus answered them, Many good works have I shewed you from my Father; for which of those works do ye stone me?
33 The Jews answered him, saying, For a good work we stone thee not, but for blasphemy, and because that thou, being a man, makest thyself God. 34 Jesus answered them, is it not written in your law, I SAID, YE ARE GODS?

-John 10:32,33,34

____________
For those who do not realize Jesus revealed himself as God - please examine verse 34. Jesus answered them, is it not written in your law, I SAID, YE ARE GODS?
HOW IS IT THAT ANYONE CAN SAY JESUS DID NOT REVEAL HIMSELF AS GOD WHEN RIGHT HERE HE TELLS THE JEWS WHO HE IS?

JESUS SAID TO THE JEWS ------------->I SAID, YE ARE GODS - IN OTHER WORDS WHEN YOU READ THE WORDS WRITTEN IN YOUR LAW IT WAS I WHO WAS SPEAKING TO YOU!! JESUS IS GOD. HOW MANY TIMES MUST JESUS REVEAL HIMSELF AS GOD IN THE BOOK OF JOHN STARTING WITH JOHN 1: 1 FOR SOME OF YOU TO BELIEVE IT? JESUS IS GOD. AMEN? AMEN.

John didn't write this gospel. Just thought you'd all like to know.

35 If he called them gods, unto whom the word of God came, and the scripture cannot be broken. 36 Say ye of him whom the Father hath sanctified, and sent into the world, Thou blasphemest; because I said, I am the Son of God?
37 If I do not do the works of my Father, believe me not.
38 But if I do, though ye believe not me, believe the works: that ye may know, and believe, that the Father is in me, and I in him.

- John 10:35,36,37

Is that some fudge packing going on?

39 Therefore they sought again to take him; but he escaped out of their hand.
40 And went away again beyond Jordan into the place where John at first baptized; and there he abode.
41 And many resorted unto him, and said, John did no miracle: but all things that John spake of this man were true.
42 And many believed on him there.

11 Now a certain man was sick, named Laz'-a-rus of Beth'-a-ny, the town of Mary and her sister Martha.
2 (It was that Mary which anointed the Lord with ointment, and wiped her tears with her hair, whose brother Laz'-a-rus was sick.)
3 Therefore his sisters sent unto him, saying, Lord, behold, he whom thou lovest is sick.
4 When Jesus heard that, he said, this sickness is not unto death, but for the glory of God, that the Son of God might be glorified thereby. 5 Now Jesus loved Martha, and her sister, and Laz'-a-rus.

-John 11: 1 - 5

6 When he had heard therefore that he was sick, he abode two days still in the same place where he was.
7 Then after that saith he to his disciples, Let us go into Ju-dae'-a again.
8 His disciples say unto him, Master, the Jews of late sought to stone thee; and goest thou thither again?
9 Jesus answered, Are there not twelve hours in the day? If any man walk in the day, he stumbleth not, because he seeth the light of this world.
10 But if a man walk in the night, he stumbleth, because there is no light in him.

- John 11:6-10

11 These things said he: and after that he saith unto them, Our friend, Laz'-a'rus sleepeth, but I go, that I may wake him out of sleep.

-John 11: 11

12 Then said his disciples, Lord, if he sleep, he shall do well.
13 Howbeit Jesus spake of his death: but they thought that he had spoken of taking of rest in sleep
14 Then said Jesus unto them plainly, Laz'-a-rus is dead.
15 And I am glad for your sakes that I was not there, to the intent ye may believe; nevertheless let us go unto him.

-John 11: 12-15

16 Then said Thomas, which is called Did'-y-mus, unto his fellow-disciples, Let us also go, that we may die with him.
17 Then when Jesus came, he found that he had lain in the grave four days already.

- John 11: 16, 17

18 Now Beth'-a-ny was nigh unto Jerusalem, about fifteen furlongs off:
19 And many of the Jews came to Martha and Mary, to comfort them concerning their brother.
20 Then Martha, as soon as she heard that Jesus was coming, went and met him: but Mary sat still in the house.

- John 11: 18,19,20

21 Then said Martha unto Jesus, Lord, if thou hadst been here, my brother had not died.
22 But I know, that even now, whatsoever thou wilt ask of God, God will give it to thee.
23 Jesus saith unto her, Thy brother shall rise again.

- John 11: 21,22,23

24 Martha said unto him, I know that he shall rise again in the resurrection at the last day.
25 Jesus said unto her, I am the resurrection, and the life; he that believeth in me, though he were dead, yet shall he live.
26 And whosoever liveth and believeth in me, shall never die, Believest thou this?
27 She said unto him, Yea, Lord: I believe that thou art the Christ, the Son of God, which should come into the world.

- John 11: 24-27

28 And when she had so said, she went her way, and called Mary her sister secretly, saying, The Master is come, and called for thee.
29 As soon as she heard that, she arose quickly, and came unto him.
30 Now Jesus was not yet come into the town, but was in that place where Martha met him.
31 The Jews then which were with her in the house, and comforted her, when they saw Mary, that she rose up hastily and went out, followed her, saying, She goeth unto the grave to weep there.

-John 28-31
