The green deal. Do liberals think it is actually good?

Is the new green deal something liberals actually want?

I have yet to see liberals actually speak out against it.

We all know how dumb they are.

Is it possible that they are even dumber than I even thought?

It's only going to cost ten trillion to put America back into the 19th century. What a deal.
Actually the estimate is $70 Trillion. Harris said it is affordable and represents an Investment in The Future.

Exactly what kind of future is anyone going to have with a tax bill like that hanging over their heads?

The good news is that the Dem Party will not be able to triangulate the looney Green New Deal before the 2020 election.
Dems will have to wear it like a shit filled diaper all the way up to voting day.

Good luck getting that amendment passed by all the states to control the housing market, healthcare and others.
Or were the Ds not considering the law?

Has any liberal denounced the plan?

What else needs to be said?

Ignore them folks. It is far more enjoyable to talk to actual 3 year olds.

They don't consider the law when it comes to passing PROGRAMS.

They only consider changing the law to fit their globalist agenda.

We achieve energy independence, and after their solar-wind fiasco destroys our economy, we will have to import from our enemies at a helacious cost. It is like they are trying to inflict maximum damage.

Anyone in their right mind knows the plan isn’t feasible

It is either idiocy or brilliant, but either way it leads to a dystopian future.

First, let's consider the Green New Deal as if it were just a plan to deal with climate change. Not only would all air travel be banned, but transAtlantic and transPacific commerce would be impossible unless it were carried out by sailboat or canoe. Since our air force, navy and heavy armor would no longer be usable, our military would be reduced to light infantry, and it would probably be wise to learn Russian or Chinese. Because of Ocasio-Cortez's concern with "cow emissions" beef would have to be taken off the menu (do chickens fart?). It is a plan, clearly, that would destroy our economy, destroy our military and hand control of the world over to Russia and China. Of course none of this would do more than slightly slow down the rate of climate change unless all the other nations of the world also decided to destroy themselves. It is a proposal to create a certain man made catastrophe for the US in a useless political gesture.

But is the Green New Deal really as stupid and reckless as it seems, or is it a clever but deceitful attempt to use climate change to achieve some other political change? Ocasio-Cortez is a frank and committed socialist and that means she supports government control of all industry. Stating that the US must reach a zero carbon footprint within ten years makes this the kind of emergency a government could use to take over the private sector, convincing voters to give the government extraordinary powers out of fear.

So they question is, is Ocasio-Cortez and idiot or a scammer?
