This precipitated the 2008/2009 retaliatory strike to suppress and neutralize the Hostile Arab Palestinian (HoAP) violations of Customary Law Rules in Chapters 2 and 3 → Customary Law Rules 22 23 and 24 of Chapter 6. Precautions against the Effects of Attacks. These Rules are part of the International Humanitarian Law (IHL) Database maintained by The International Committee of the Red Cross (ICRC).
