Although subjective expectations cannot be scientifically gauged, it is too much to believe that telephone subscribers, under these circumstances, harbor any general expectation that the numbers they dial will remain secret.

Phone records are not protected by the 4th amendment.

So Trump, Jr. can get all of Schiff and Biden's phone records...awesome!

I don't see anything suspicious about phone calls between people who all work together. Furthermore, Schiff violated the 4th Amendment. How did he get these phone records? Its illegal for him to have them without a warrant.

Phone records of government agencies are public records unless they are classified. Private phone records are not public records and require search warrants.
