Even the Bible states that where there is no law, no guilt can be assigned. We have a law in Florida that makes it legal to make a right on a red light after coming to a complete stop and determining that it is safe to proceed. On those few stops where there is a danger, the authorities have to post signs forbidding a right turn on red.
