Soooo, Walker getting elected all of a sudden caused a deficit? And point to a single workers right that was "stripped."
Again ...
Wisconsin's economy and budget were fine until Walker was elected and quickly passed massive cuts in taxes for businesses.
Workers have a right to collectively bargain. Period. Walker and his cronies went after that right.
I would require a link to what bill was passed giving massive cuts to business.
The only cuts for business that I saw were tax incentives for any businesses that moved into or started up in Wisconsin. And government workers still have the right to collective bargain for wages.
And, NO teachers were laid off as a result of requiring government employees to pay about half as much for their health insurance and their pension as people in the private sector do.
My experience with unions is that they would have sacrificed the jobs of the people that they are supposed to represent in order to retain their power.
