The Terrible Truth About Cannabis:...20-year Study...demolishes Claims That Smoking Pot Is Harmless

And yet our government has done much to limit cigarette smoking, while ignoring the harmful affects of weed and in some places, legalizing its usage. Most hypocritical.

Inhaling anything that is burning, can't be good for you.

At any rate, if one wishes to smoke weed, it is their right as a free person as long as they do not harm others. The war on drugs has been a colossal failure and has only empowered and enriched the state....while creating criminal gangs who have murdered many and have corrupted governments.
Very true. That's why they have been making pot conduction devices. You can set it to only get hot enough to free the THC without getting harmful chemicals and actually burning the herb. I think around 275, the THC releases and you are not burning anything. No combustion whatsoever.
Might have the temp wrong, FYI
Interesting.
It actually increases the potency. Somehow combustion releases less THC..IDK And you can still use the vaped bud to cook with. Lol its like a twofer.

Stoners love to study. They have a whole panoply of marijuana gods to worship.
Instead of tossing out nonsense why not educate yourself by doing a bit of Google research on the Israeli government's studies on the many benefits of marijuana along with its perfectly benign nature.
Your ignorance betrays your addiction.
Go get an intervention.

Do you get all of your knowledge from Reefer Madness? That's what I'm picking up here.

4 states have legal recreational weed. The information is there. Traffic fatalities in CO were at an all-time low after marijuana was legalized:

Since marijuana legalization, highway fatalities in Colorado are at near-historic lows

Typical response rooted in ignorance. The usual Reefer Madness line. Yeah, we already went through that bit back in the 60's and 70's. Some of us found out the hard way that there are devastating effects of pot and potheads who haven't had these problems refuse to accept what they won't understand. Their ensuing arrogance is even more frustrating.

The occasional person can also have a horrific reaction to ambien, beer, or coffee. You have to be careful with ANY substance. But if you look at the numbers in totality, marijuana is by far the least dangerous drug to a person's health.

No one has ever said being stoned is safer than not while behind the wheel. No one has ever said children should have access. No one has ever said you should give it to a dog.

You're not a bright person, are you?

No one should but if it's available it will. There is no way to discuss drug addiction with drug addicts. The addiction does all their talking for them.

We're not just talking reaction. This is about lifelong condition. What's more, how many users of those other substances inject, with impunity, that substance into the systems of others in the vicinity?
Pot is a seriously debilitating substance for some people and this needs to be recognized and dealt with. People should not be held hostage by pothead ignorance and arrogance. And consider the message being sent to kids.

much the same as alcohol then?

No, heavy alcohol use is much more dangerous and addictive than smoking a lot of wacky tobacky. Especially in the long term.

Chronic heavy alcohol use has very insidious consequences on a person's health. It affects practically every organ in the body. The liver, brain, pancreas, kidneys, stomach, esophagus, peripheral nerves, small intestines, heart, colon..... the whole body.

Compared to the number of people who have a drink once in a while to the disease of chronic alcoholism, there are very few alcoholics whereas everyone who uses pot is a drug addict.

There's NOTHING to suggest that marijuana is responsible for people's personality disorders or any other lifelong conditions. There is plenty of scientific evidence that suggests marijuana has medical benefits, hence more than half the country has legislated it into legality.

You're grasping at....well, nothing.

Laughably false. You are not a serious person. Lemme guess, Trump shill?

All evidence to the contrary. There is nothing to suggest a spike in deaths or injuries of children in states where pot is legal. There is plenty to suggest the opposite in fact.

The only response to the drug addict is to let them quietly die. Don't bother calling 911, don't offer cpr. Just quietly back off until you are sure they are no longer breathing.
