There are only 4 states where marijuana is illegal

It’s a ruse to try to mainstream dope. Whatever alleged benefits are realized can be acquired through lots of other established non-intoxicant drugs. You must be another addict.

Really? What other "non intoxicant" drugs are you talking about? Will they treat epilepsy? Will they treat PTSD? And, you should also realize that while pharmaceuticals might help a person (as prescribed by a doctor), many of them DO have "intoxicating" effects, as well as almost all of them have some kind of bad side effect. Ever watch drug commercials on the television? Even the ones that they advertise on prime time come with a whole slew of bad side effects (some even say you can die from using them). Marijuana on the other hand, has very few side effects (mostly stimulates appetite and makes you feel happy while noticing more), and is not physically addictive in any way.

It needs to be RE-criminalized or at least hard time for people who smoke it publicly.
There need to be major lawsuits brought against dispensaries who put no warnings on the packaging about the dangers involved.
Sue them into prison.

And there are lots of other drugs that could do the same. Most opioids are more than sufficient.
Opioids are worse than pot. If you for freedom then you are for full legalization.

So far off not even in the ballpark.

Do you still receive a citation? If so, it is illegal.

You are such a dumbass!

Like I said, yes, you will receive a fine, and yes, it is illegal, but it's not as illegal as it once was since there is no longer jail time attached to it when it became decriminalized. Going over the speed limit or parking in a no parking zone is illegal as well, but you don't go to jail for it, dumbass. Learn what decriminalized means. Yes, it's still illegal, but it's not a criminal offense. It's more like a traffic ticket.

Wow....................at first you are saying that "non intoxicant drugs" can do the same thing as marijuana, then you are saying that opioids are more than sufficient to treat various ailments. It's patently obvious to even the most casual observer that you don't know anything about either marijuana or opiates. Opiates are highly addictive, intoxicating and cause lots of problems. Marijuana is only mildly intoxicating, and the problems caused by marijuana are because of the draconian laws that persecute it. By the way, did you know that opiates make a person constipated? That is just one of the myriad of side effects associated with opiates (which are close cousins of heroin by the way). By the way, did you also know that the main reason marijuana was made illegal was because of corporate greed and racism back in the 1930's?

Then there is this:

His team found that after marijuana legalization, the rate of car crashes with injuries increased by nearly 6%, while fatal crashes rose by 4%. No increase in these crashes was seen in states that hadn't legalized marijuana, the researchers noted.
These results are consistent with prior studies, Farmer said.
when people got in car accidents last century they checked for alcohol, did they check for pot too?....just asking....

They aren't checking for pot now. Back then they would search a car if they thought there was a connection.

Pot is so rampant and is widely accepted. The genie is out of the bottle. Epic failure means keeping it illegal. Let freedom ring

Dad was comfortable and as happy as he could be under the circumstances. That's all that mattered to me.

Towards the end, though, his morphine drip did the heavy lifting..

What is the warped basis for not legalizing it? And do not discuss productivity at work which is a non issue. Total non issue. It's not your business to make people productive. That's disgusting.

My grandparents grew hemp for mooring lines used in the Navy during WWII.
All the worlds shipping ran on hemp until the 1890's. Sail cloth and rigging made from hemp, last longer in a salt water environment. Privateers traded American goods for it in Russia, the leading producer, during the Napoleon Wars, and ran the British Naval blockade of the straights of Gibraltar, to sell it to the French Navy. Why the British captured and confiscated American ships and crews.

They didn't teach that in history classes in high school.
