Compounding that stupidity is that Biden shut down Baghram Air Base, depriving the Afghan military the air support that they had become used to receiving and eliminating the perfect place to run evacuation efforts out of! So not only did Joe encourage the Taliban to go on the offensive because they knew they wouldn't be facing American air power...he totally hamstrung our ability to safely evacuate American citizens and friendly Afghans!
