Yet you would have to look at situations where the do not wear masks and compare the two

Political rallies, biker event and other events where most do not wear mask have show spikes after the event when compare to cases before the event.

South Dakota where they had that biker event has now had record cases of positive testing after the event and it is much higher than the pre event date. These events have very few people wearing mask and the majority do not.

Of course my favorite is when Trump and people in the circle caught it. They have daily testing and yet it spread.

It simple cannot be said that mask do not work and look at the number of cases rising as proof when there are so many who do not wear masks. It also is not like people wear masks 24/7.

Stores are cracking down on the mask. Low level masks, and other issues with the mask does make the mask problematic but the other side is being part of the problem instead of part of the solution. The solution may not be perfect but obviously the cost of medical grade mask for the average joe and his family makes it to expensive. So the question is to do nothing or do something.?

It's like seat belts and I can say that it has never saved my life (despite the general hype that it saves lives) so far but I guess it only takes one incident where I would have to admit that no seat belt did not save my life.

A mask other goals is to help prevent the spread. Low levels mask do not guarantee that it will but it is a game plan when used with other methods which is design to stop the spread. A plan other than let nature take it course.

Increasing ones odds is a good thing if your goal is something positive.
