What privacy? Knowing someone voted violates no ones privacy, who they voted for does. The audit is not looking for names. It is a bullshit excuse. When are the courts going to realize they have to enforce the law? This is the voters right, to question the government and expect real answers. Stopping the audit will only make more people believe there was fraud and that our judicial system is corrupt.
