This Just In:San Bernardino On Fire. But There Is No Water In California.Great Job Jerry Brown !!

Because, as we all know, California has never had wildfires until right now. It's a brand new phenomenon entirely attributable to the drought.

Well clearly Jerry Brown is at fault- he should have been making it rain the last 3 years.
The state of California needs desalinization plants and oil refineries. Not a high speed train from L.A. To San Francisco.

Brown is literally the worst governor twice now.

twice, right! why didnt he take care of the problem in his first term? what was he thinking? just take water from Oregon?

California has had years to build desalinization plants and exploit other sources of water, but they're more concerned wit little fishes, snails and mice.

And? None of those things would have prevented wildfires.

I am all for desalinization plants- but they are expensive- and rarely where wildfires are.
True. California pipes in most of their water from reservoirs. Desalinization plants on the coast could have been built, yes costly, but now you have no water to fight fires.

anyone suspicious of the timing? friday night? rush hour? someone sure wanted to spoil the weekend for a few million people.

No you rocket scientist. California has been mismanaging water resources for decades. All because of the willingness of politicians to be intimidated by the environmentalist wackos.

You just might want to read up on where CA's water goes.

Most goes to fracking.
Next is agriculture - to put food on your plate.

Idiot.
That is total bullshit.
The entire northern half of CA is loaded with rivers lakes and streams. Ya know where that water goes? Into the ocean. Why? Because the enviro nazis have persuaded politicians to scuttle every single dam project that has been proposed.
The southern half of CA is over populated. The region is not capable of sustaining 30 million people.

maybe its homeless people enjoying a barbecue in the middle of the woods? and someone let a few sparks fly into the bushes?

i dont know how they live in southern california with approx 20 million people per sq mile. and no water!

The fault with California's drought is not Gerry Brown. It's the assholes in Los Angeles back in its early days who bought up all the water rights in the Owen's Valley east of the Sierra Mountains and then drained/keep draning that vital aquifer whose evaporation kept the Pacific weather stalled out to fall on California (instead of skipping right over the Rockies and flooding the Midwest), and the snowpack higher and the whole state cooler and more moist; especially in the Central Valley.
