When Title IX, giving women parity in sports funding was passed....There was outrage

Why fund women’s sports?

Today, our women’s Soccer Team won the World Cup for the fourth time. Our men cant even qualify

US women dominate in Basketball, Gymnastics, Skiing, Ice Skating, Soccer,Track and Field

All because of Title IX

As they disrespect their country

I know quite a few students who had athletic scholarships yanked out from under them because of this bullshit. I'm talking about kids who were the first in their family to ever attend college thanks in part to their athletic ability. Kids who had top grades, were a role model to other kids back in their home communities for getting to college. Some who were halfway through a degree program when it was pulled away because of this shit. Can't afford the full tuition and probably won't finish school. Some kids who signed intent out of high school forgoing other opportunities, the rug gets pulled out from under them.

To democrats that's just too fucking bad as long as another women's sport can be added and field half a team of student athletes, many of whom will stop participating in their sport at all when their schoolwork gets heavier.

My School didn't keep club levels for wrestling and volleyball. They just cut the teams totally.

So was there harm done to these men or not?

Where is the shame over a poor kid from the inner city working in the class and on the field for years and being the first in his family to get to college having his scholarship yanked out from under him such that he is unlikely to ever finish college all so some pampered girl from a wealthy family in an affluent suburb can get a scholarship her family doesn't really need so she can play a sport in college she's not really all that committed to for a few years and then quit the team knowing daddy can pick up the tuition bill if it comes to that?
