First of all...

Americans don't want to elect another middle aged to older white guy.

They're probably going to elect Hillary becayse she's a woman, and the only Republican candidates so far are older white guys, except for Marco Rubio, who doesn't even act like a Latino.

The people who turned out to elect, and reelect Obama, much to the dismay of the GOP, will turn out to vote for women, minorities, and just about everyone except old white guys.

There weren't enough Confederates to win the civil war, and there ain't enough old white guys for the GOP to keep winning Presidential elections.

No one has ever been elected President with a favorable number under 50%. Hillary is at 20% favorable with GOP voters and 43% with independents according to the NY Times. Unless that improves she's toast.

Yes. Hillary signed an sworn affidavit at the start of her job as Secretary of State and at the end stating she would immediately turn over all documents related to her job as soon as she left office. She obviously did not and waited almost two years to comply.

The fact she kept relevant documents, and is likely still withholding relevant documents is a felony. This is the exact same statute they just got General Petraeus on.

Setting up a private server was unethical but not illegal. Withholding documents (i.e. Government Property) is a serious felony.

The funny thing is that the entire democrat party was stating the same thing you are right now - Hillary had it locked down. Then not so much. The short of it is that polling data is meaningless at this point when there isn't even a campaign going on. Is the the most likely winner at this point? Sure. Does that mean much? Not really.
