Trump Attorney Quits Again

Yes, it sounds crazy, but it's true.

"Former President Donald Trumpā€™s attorney Jim Trusty, who withdrew from representing Trump in a pair of federal criminal probes last week, pulled out of yet another Trump legal matter Friday, citing ā€œirreconcilable differencesā€ with the former president"

"In a filing with the U.S. District Court of Southern Florida, Trusty indicated his intention to withdraw from Trumpā€™s pending defamation lawsuit against CNN. The longshot lawsuit, which Trump filed last October, accuses the network of maligning him as a ā€œā€˜racist,ā€™ ā€˜Russian lackey,ā€™ ā€˜insurrectionist,ā€™ and ultimately ā€˜Hitler.ā€™ā€

Good luck, Donald. You really need it. And maybe you should pay your attorneys, because nobody works for free.

where does it say he doesnkr pay them i. your link?

one case involving a plaintiff attorney, who typically works on a contingent bases

and the other has lawyers getting out that are based in NYC because the case was filed in FLā€¦soā€¦what are you talking about?

Thank you for sharing your perspective. Some people may disagree with you but they need to be willing to be open minded and have an honest and fair discussion and at least be willing to consider an opinion that's different thank their own. So thank you for contributing.

Now, I'd like to ask you a question. If it turns out that Donald gets convicted, what then? What will you say if that happens?
Then it is Supreme Court time.

A unanimous Supreme Court smacked Smith down for an overzealous, legally defective prosecution of a Republican politician, and the opinion was so devastating that DOJ did not even attempt to retry the case. It was just dropped.

As has been noted publicly as well, Smithā€™s wife is a leftist filmmaker who produced a hagiography of Michelle Obama, and he currently lives in the Netherlands. Was there not anyone else up to the task on this side of the Atlantic?

If this is not a political prosecution, if Merrick Garland wasnā€™t just trying to ā€œget Trump,ā€ then why was Jack Smith the pick? Like the timing, the decision reeks of politics.

And why not revenge in this case, within the legal limits of the Presidency.

There is no doubt that this is nothing more than persecution, at this point.

6 1/2 years of investigations and 2 impeachments, by rogue employees of the Federal Government. Revenge should be the response.

Lol šŸ˜‚

The US Supreme Court won't hear Trump's case.

He thinks people will sell their morals to be loyal to him.

The Trump-appointed lawyer overseeing the documents case is the same judge who was smacked down by the courts over appointing a special master to go over the stolen documents.

She should recuse herself.

"Trump is trying to sound confident as he protests that he's only being prosecuted because he's running for office. Actually, it's the other way around: He's running for office to save himself from being prosecuted"

"Trump claims he will fight to the bitter end and afterward, but he doesn't have a lot of options no matter what he says. His lawyers know this too. How do you defend a case where your client's recorded words taken in context will be used against him? His "best case" scenario, according to some, is to negotiate a plea deal under which he retires to Mar-a-Lago wearing an ankle bracelet for the rest of his life and cannot run for office"

Maybe Fitton can save Trump because Trump has issues with real attorneys.

Maybe you should search for the s truth.

As I see the demented all cap posts Trump has been making as he enters the final stages of methamphetamine addiction, I think Trump should observe his right to remain silent.
Even his kids wonā€™t put themselves out there for him.

haha where does it say in the link in the OP he didnā€™t pay the lawyer resulting in him withdrawing? that was the accusation in the OP

Trump has stiffed his lawyers for decades. No top attorneys will represent him. He's also cheated contractors, venders, employees for 40 years. He brags in the ART OF THE DEAL.
