In all seriousness you never touch an old man's hair or question if it's real, because

Because drug testing is only for the little people.

Seriously, they do random drug testing in the military so that should apply to all government workers. First, we have to remind politicians that they are supposed to be workers, who work for the people. They seem to have gotten the impression that they are rulers who control us rather than serve us.

No, we're content and lazy. As bad as things may be right now almost all of us still eat plenty of food and enjoy technology. That's enough for the vast majority of people to be completely apathetic towards politics. Not enough people are willing to put their comfort at risk to fight for what is right.
