In a stinging and curt letter, Trump said her trip has been “postponed.”
He wrote: “Due to the Shutdown, I am sorry to inform you that your trip to Brussels, Egypt, and Afghanistan has been postponed. We will reschedule this seven-day excursion when the Shutdown is over. In light of the 800,000 great American workers not receiving pay, I am sure you would agree that postponing this public relations event is totally appropriate. I also feel that, during this period, it would be better if you were in Washington negotiating with me and joining the Strong Border Security movement to end the Shutdown. Obviously, if you would like to make your journey by flying commercial, that would certainly be your prerogative.”

The use of military aircraft as their personal taxi service during her government shutdown, especially when snowflakes are suggesting the military instead of the politicians should not get paid during this shutdown.
Where the failed Speaker needs to be at this time is in DC doing her job: negotiating, compromising, and finding middle ground to get a deal done to open back up the govt.
Her planning on leaving FOR A WEEK during the shutdown shows she does not give a damn about Americans suffering during her shutdown and that she has no intention of trying to work with the Senate and President to get a deal done.
Instead she has sent her House-passed 'Hostage demands' to the Senate with the message that they surrender to her and sign her bill or they get nothing and Americans keep getting screwed.

The reason the speaker doesn't fly commercial is because of 9/11 and the speaker being second in line after Pence.
And the Speaker ALWAYS flies military since 9/11. It's a requirement. She can't fly commercial. She isn't allowed. No speaker has been allowed since 9/11.
