In March 2009 the left was giving Obama credit for the better economy, yet nothing he signed or passed was implemented, so does the credit go to Bush? Not sure, the rules seem to change depending on the President.

The Stimulus was signed in February, and all Obama did was tell America it was time to buy stocks March, calling the bottom, and making lots and lots of money for any American who followed his sage advice.

The stock market hit its low point less than a week later on March 9, 2009.

No. When employment numbers started going up under Bush, so did food stamp use.

Population increases may reflect increases in food stamp use but not in the way you make it out to be. People that already have kids they can't afford to feed because they aren't working continue to have more kids they can't afford to feed.
