Trump in big trouble again? Hoh-lee Moh-lee! Georgia indictment possible the 3rd week of May or so

I made it easy for you to understand, I realize you’re in denial, but just to reiterate they voted to DROP THE CASE, can you accept the truth or are you going to continue to whine like the little bitch we all know you are 😂 😆 😝!!!

The FEC voted 4-1 to close the inquiry after failing to find that Trump or his campaign “knowingly and willfully” violated campaign finance law when his former attorney Michael Cohen paid $130,000 to porn star Stormy Daniels to keep her from disclosing an alleged affair.”

You’re a special kind of dumb dumb…
That was just the vote to close the inquiry. That isn't an "acquittal". The 2 democrats voted to pursue the inquiry, and the 2 Republicans voted not to do so. The 5th vote, a republican, was not present.

In the end, the inquiry was closed. The vote to dismiss the complaint also failed.

But we know he didn't mean that. And we know he wasn't concerned with accurate vote counts. He made that clear when his dumb ass gave the exact number.

That’s not an indicator. Again, he was talking about what he needed. Basically, he said he needed x amount of votes to win, recount to see if you can find those votes, or check the ballot dump for fraud, or look at the mismatch signatures for suspect ballots.

I mean, there could be any number of reasons why he said what he said, but we can’t just infer what he meant, only he knows what he meant.

You may be 100% right, but I’m not going to take your word for it just because you think that’s it. If we go by that logic, then you give the right the same excuse to believe that Biden really did mean that they have the largest fraud network, to commit voter fraud…

I just can’t understand how you all think that trump would openly advocate for breaking the law, knowing there are like 8 other people on the call. Same for the call with Zelenskyy, there were other people listening. I’ve never known someone who wants to do something illegal to just openly say it in front of people who could testify against him for doing it.

Perhaps he wasn’t meaning for them to fabricate votes?

So are you just trying to prove you’re dumber than Faun or you want to prove you’re about as dumb, which one is it?

My vote is your dumber…

According to this New York Times article, a grand jury will be set up the second week of May. And if the prosecutor will work on an indictment. Hold onto your hands guys. This is about to get even better!

Caution with these dates though. Trump already screwed up by believing he would be indicted on a certain Tuesday. When the indictment didn't come, he began to think he was off the hook and boom! The Manhattan indictment dropped and he was shocked and cranky.

So it looks like he will be indicted in Georgia way before a significant court event occurs in the Bragg trial, regardless of the date.
Your excitement will just turn into anger by the end. You dems blow it every single time. Stop getting your hopes up for things that wont happen. :dunno:

I have no expectation that Trump will be convicted in this case or the New York case.

I’m much more interested in the DoJ’s classified documents case.

Next month Rump gets the nod for Georgia where he will be indicted. The date has been set but it's not public yet.

If you’re actually asking this, then you clearly aren’t paying attention.

Trump told Raffensperger he won and that he should throw out a bunch of people’s votes to give him the state electors.

That’s incredibly corrupt.
No it isn't.

Why are you interested in a case that will go nowhere? Trump will never spend a single day in jail for documents. No one has EVER gone to jail for it, not even the democrat who got caught stealing documents from NARA by stuffing them down his pants. He later burned the evidence, which is also illegal. No jail time.

People who obstruct justice go to jail, which is the real issue here.

If Trump had just turned over all the documents after getting a subpoena, I’d agree with you fully. But he didn’t. That’s the problem.

If I'm the dumb one, how come you're the one who can't back up his claim?

You said, "the FEC has made it clear there is no case against the former president"

But all you're showing is that they voted to not pursue a case against Trump. That doesn't equate to, "there is no case." Especially given since the 2 Democrats on the FEC commission wanted to proceed and the 2 Republicans who blocked that, cited lack of availability and being satisfied with Cohen being convicted by the DoJ, as their reason.

LOL

Great example. Actually, that guy with stolen documents down his pants was convicted and sentenced to 2 years probation.

Implicate Trump? You’re pretending it didn’t even happen.
I don’t give a shit if some other dope came up with that absurd idea.
Normal people don’t have your willful blindness.

You are the one who is bringing up shit that has nothing to do with the discussion.
Nah, that's a lie.
No. It was the truth. That’s why you’re all confused. Assholes like you can’t recognize truth.

Dude straight up went into the national archives and without any authority to have such documents, he stole them by stuffing them down his pants. When the walls started closing in, he destroyed them, which is 2 additional crimes. He got no jail time.

You would have to be an idiot to think Trump gets in trouble for those documents. He wont even appear in court for that case. His lawyers will do all the work while he goes golfing everyday.

Trump is going to be indicted and convicted not just for the documents, but for his obstruction of justice.
