Trump in big trouble again? Hoh-lee Moh-lee! Georgia indictment possible the 3rd week of May or so

Yes you’re the dumb dumb, they dropped the case, how do you need it spelled out? It’s pretty simple, it’s pretty obvious!

No one disputed they dropped the case. Where you're off the rails is claiming they dropped it because there was no case. They cited their reasons for their votes and none of them said because there was no case. The standing position of the FEC was that Trump was just as involved as Cohen was. Then four voted on whether or not to proceed.. Two Democrats voted to proceed with the case. Two Republicans voted not to because they had a backlog to fill, so they were satisfied with Cohen being prosecuted. Needing a majority to proceed, the 2-2 tie halted the case.

So yeah, you're the dumb one for thinking they dropped it because there was no case.

You poor little thing, you don’t like the results, so you kick and scream, GTFU

Why should he kick & scream because you don't know what you're talking about? And while the results of the FEC were partisan, justice, slow as it is, finally caught up to Donald Trump by the state of New York.

Patients, fucking moron. Your list of, why hasn't he been charged with <whatever>, is growing shorter. Justice takes time.
That's patience, you fucking moron.

The usual deluded progra argument:

Still waiting for the butthurt "Lock Her Up" crowd to finally bring on that day. It's been about 40 years now.

You take 1st place for sure, no one beats you!! Semantics, “drops the case” versus “there is no case” WOW!!

Bottom line, they determined, drumroll….

The FEC voted 4-1 to close the inquiry after failing to find that Trump or his campaign “knowingly and willfully” violated campaign finance law

“Knowingly or willfully”, that pretty much sums it up…

That means there was no case or they wouldn’t have dropped it DUMB ASS!!!

Don’t hold your breath…

Second thought…

He was one of the candidates, moron. Next you'll accuse him of campaigning for president.
Last time I checked it's a crime or. For a political candidate to pressure state officials to falsify election results. Especially when they're actually threatening state officials if they don't cooperate.

No, "drop the case" does not mean the same "there is no case." The former is in action describing the case is over; whereas the latter is a cause for the former.

And the reasons given from the 2 out of 6 members of the commission who voted to drop the matter...

Thus, we concluded that pursuing these matters further was not the best use of agency resources. The Commission regularly dismisses matters where other government agencies have already adequately enforced and vindicated the Commission’s interests. Furthermore, by the time OGC’s recommendations came before us, the Commission was facing an extensive enforcement docket backlog resulting from a prolonged lack of a quorum, and these matters

But the vote on whether to pursue it was actually 2 to 2. With the two Trump cultists voting "no"
