A valid point. But I question the devotion of those who do believe, the famous ones. Graham (Franklin), Hagee, Reed, and so many others, are now much more political than evangelicals. Surely they cannot think that Trump is a religious man, they aren't stupid, yet they support him presumably for what he can do for them, but certainly not for his adherence to the principles of Christianity. Stiffing contractors, living on money owed to them while they scramble to pay their debts and save their credit, is only one of the 'business practices' he finds customary. The list of his 'deals' is no secret, and it is not little guy friendly. Although it's also pretty clear the advantages for the evangels will not advance much if Hillary is elected, except the plethora of sermon subjects they can get mileage from. Bottom line, their decision is not one of right or wrong, but of personal advantage.

With Hillary you don’t and it’s going to be worse.”

Trump has repeatedly suggested that Obama is a Muslim who was not born in the United States and who may be sympathetic to terrorists.

A simple Google search shows that Trump is wrong about there being “very little” publicly available information about Clinton’s faith. The presumptive Democratic nominee is a Methodist who in 2007 said she carries a Bible in her purse.

We are supposed to be a secular nation that respects all religions. And since neither Trump nor Hillary are exemplar models for Christianity, why is this a measurement? Trump will pander to the fundies only until he gets their votes, then flip by popular demand and Hillary wont listen to the fundies complaints on Planned Parenthood in the first place.
