Ryan Routh, a pro-Ukraine activist, recruited American volunteers for Ukraine's International Legion. He had partners meeting with Ukraine's Ministry of Defense every week. He is connected to Rep. Adam Kinzinger through his support and fight for Ukraine. He obviously did it for Ukraine and Ukraine's military intelligence could be behind the assassination plot.
