so the question is did the business file all the proper paperwork to exist? It's very simple. What a paying person does with what they get for their money is basically on them. Was there an expectation that was taken out of context by those people? It seems yes. There is never a guarantee of success. To think there is, is really naive. And that, and that alone will be why no money will be awarded to those suing. they will have to prove the place was at fault. Well that is very difficult in this scenario due to no guarantee of success.
