No one could ever possibly believe that Trump violated any law.
With the impeachments, we have the video of Biden illegally extorting the firing of Shokin, and we have Trump just ASKING for a legal investigation of Burisma Holdings.
Since the 2000 election was so obviously fraudulent, Jan 6 is NOT an insurrection.
No sane person could believe that Jean Carroll was not the sexual aggressor when offering to model lingerie for Trump.
The classified docs laws clearly not only are entirely executive orders that exempt all presidents, but clearly presidents can all retain copies by just giving it to themselves.

First of all, defendants falsely charged are not the ones who have to "present evidence".
That is the obligation of the prosecution.

But clearly Trump either is not very bright, or they are twisting his statements.
Like the claim the papers were "declassified".
That is a particular and involved process, when what he should have said is that they were declassified as far as president are concerned, since no classified law ever applies to presidents.
The essence is correct, but the wording is awful.

However, a third possibility is that Trump actually likes being charged?
It forces people like me, who otherwise would never vote for him, to now be forced to, in order to defend the rule of law.

Everyone I discuss this with who claims Trump is "guilty", knows nothing about the law, looked up nothing, and cares nothing at all about law.
So they have no idea at all, and just want Trump harmed, regardless of that incredible damage and utter destruction that has already done to the country.

The only reason Donald Trump his declared candidacy this early was to keep the justice department from arresting him. As soon as they started making moves to file charges against him, he immediately declared his candidacy.

Trump should’ve been arrested on January 7 and he should already be in jail. In most civilized countries they would’ve taken him out behind the White House and shot him on January 7.

Given Trumo’s behavior since the failed coup attempt, I’m starting to think that death by firing squad would’ve been the preferable solution.

There is nothing at all wrong with trying to hide blackmail payments.
To not hide blackmail payments would mean aiding the illegal blackmailer.

Of the 50,000 documents it was estimated Trump had in those Mar-a-Lago boxes, there were only 71 classified.
Nor would I have trusted a government to be legal or fair if I were Trump, after all the illegal things they did, like claiming it could even be possible for an ex-president to have violated a classified doc law. It isn't. Legally Trump could have dumped truckloads of classified doc on the Kremlin lawn, and it would have violated no US law.

I think Trump is way wrong on the election, but anyone using voting computers has to be either really extremely stupid, or deliberately trying to create an opportunity for fraud.
